Domaine Jobard-Morey Emile
Visual aspect: radiant, deep gold. Nose: very aromatic, citrus (grapefruit), menthol, slightly empyreumatic, woody, varietal note. Palate: frank attack, with a mineral side that coats the palate and makes it greedy. Scents of white fruits, grapefruit, pink pepper. Nice acidity, good material, very good potential. A lovely Meursault. Match with food: poultry cream and morels, chanterelles, dairy Reblochon, Maroilles cheese, snails. Comments: wonderful Meursault Villages by its freshness.
