Visual aspect: light ruby-red, clear and radiant colour. Nose: fine, discreet, on ripe fruits, strawberry and raspberry. Palate: soft. The tannins are present and well-melted with the flesh. Match with food: grilled sirloin. Comments: a really lovely wine.
