Visual aspect: a golden colour with silvery glints. Nose: very delicate, with scents of toast, apple, yellow fleshed fruit and citrus. Palate: soft, fresh, on wonderful flavours of citrus and white blossom and spicy notes. Wonderful long and delicious finish. Match with food: King scampi. Comments: a fine, delicate and subtle champagne, very expressive.
