Visual aspect: a golden straw colour. Nose: pleasant on aromas of red fruit, white-fleshed fruit, yellow peach and dried fruit. Palate: excellent first taste. The palate is complex, creamy and elegant on flavours of toast and plum. Match with food: turbot in a buttery, lobster sauce. Comments: a superb vintage, an extremely well accomplished gastronomic wine.
