Visual aspect: a radiant yellow hue and greenish tinges. Nose: rich aromas of white-fleshed peach, acacia blossom, citrus and grapefruit. Palate: complex, lovely richness, it is fresh, mineral and graceful. Superb balance, delicious and elegant. Well done! Match with food: mango, avocado, crayfish presented between layers of flaky pastry. Comments: one of our absolute favourites, extremely well-made. Tasted blind, it would create a surprise amongst Great Growth wines.
