Visual aspect: an opaque, dark ruby colour. Nose: closed, not very expressive, but revealing some scents of black olive, blackcurrant, black fruits, cherry preserved in alcohol, as well as some smoky, roasted hints. Palate: the first taste is pure, the tannins are pleasantly-melted, and the fruit flavours confirm the aromas, the wine is generous, full-bodied. Match with food: braised veal chop. Comments: some excellent comments about this wine from the table, superb!
