Visual aspect: a garnet-red hue with light orangey tints on the disc. Nose: rich, gamey aromas, with a touch of cedar, it is very complex. Palate: pure, delicate, stylish and elegant on flavours of spices, showing excellent characteristic qualities. What complexity! Match with food: roast beef with boletus mushrooms, Scottish beef.
