Visual aspect: a gleaming straw colour with transparent, silvery tints. Nose: really delicious, with rather buttery brioche, fruity aromas. Palate: fresh first taste, powerful and generous, the toasted hint and flavour of fresh fruit flavour stand out. A very long, elegant finish. Match with food: fillet of John Dory with artichoke hearts. Comments: a very good wine, with good potential.
