Visual aspect: lovely shine, with a greenish golden colour. Nose: woody scents, with a strong hint of vanilla. Palate: lively on the first taste, the finish is pleasant, even though it's a bit short. Match with food: scallops with Iberian Black hoof ham. Comments: a really marvellous wine!
