Château Léoville Poyferré
Visual aspect: a dark purple colour. Nose: complex, very aromatic, with fragrances of black tulip and peony, it is full and rich. Palate: excellent first taste, full-bodied, rich and delicate, revealing touches of white and grey pepper, it has fine balance and perceptible tannin. Match with food: truffled quails. Comments: marvellous potential. Well done!
