Visual aspect: a garnet-red hue, brown tinges, it shines, showing some brick-red tints. Nose: vegetal, gamey aromas and hints of alcohol. Palate: the first taste has a toasted flavour, there is good body and woodiness. The finish is excellent. Match with food: roast pork, bilberries and prunes, salad of gizzard confit. Comments: a good wine made by a great winegrower.
