Visual aspect: a gleaming garnet-red colour. Nose: rich and very aromatic on scents of leather and peony. Palate: pure, supple and full on the first taste. Excellent balance, easy to taste. The finish is really impressive. Match with food: lamb cutlet, goose confit with foie gras and bilberries. Comments: one of the best wines for money in this appellation.
