Visual aspect: pellucid, with a crimson colour. Nose: delicate, clean aromas, very fruity scents. Palate: the first taste is supple, the tannin is light and the finish is a little short, but superb nonetheless. Match with food: a country-style buffet, a selection of cooked/cured pork meats, a plate of fresh strawberries. Comments: a marvellous wine.
