Visual aspect: deep, black, gleaming. Nose: very aromatic, complex, racy , aromas of olives, blackberry and blackcurrant. Palate: good structure, aromas of fruit compote, richness, dense material, good potential, slightly drying in the finish. Match with food: duck fillet with Roquefort, piece of venison with truffle juice. Comments: to be decanted.
