Visual aspect: peony with raspberry glints, quite brilliant. Nose: red fruit jam with burlat cherry, quite intense on crushed wild strawberry. Palate: full-bodied in mid palate, fairly smooth on hints of bitter almond, slightly vegetal. Match with food: mussels à la Graulenne, rouille sauce à la sétoise. Comments: an enjoyable wine.
