Visual aspect: golden yellow, very clear. Nose: notes of pear in eau-de-vie, raspberry, dried fruits and cereal. Palate: beautiful balance, soft first taste, spicy and smoked finish. Gourmet pairing: roasted lobster, shellfish, Nantes sea bass. Comments: lovely typicity for a Breton whisky that can accompany noble dishes.
