Visual aspect: traditional of Brouilly, very lovely hue. Nose: beautiful freshness, beautiful balance, very ripe blackcurrant, spicy aromas. Palate: beautiful material, fine, elegant, without heaviness. Match with food: hind fillet in its cooking juice with sweet potato purée. Comments: a bit young yet. Very well-made, a flattering wine.
