Visual aspect: excellent intensity, deep crimson colour, garnet-red tinges and disk. Nose: a magnificent concentration, aromas of fruits, flowers, spices. Palate: incredible first taste, royal tannins. The aromas of the nose are attractive and liven up the palate. A straight and spicy finish. Match with food: woodcock cooked in hay, served with foie gras and slices of truffle. Comments: a really great wine.
