Nose: pleasant first nose, red fruits aromas, blackcurrant leaves, wild sloe, spices, quite deep black pepper aroma, a hint of fresh soot, nice freshness. Palate: fresh first taste, silky tannins, a vegetal touch, evolution on fruits with a peppery finish. Match with food: fillet of Angus beef with Cameroon pepper. Comments: a great success.
