Visual aspect: deep copper hue, mahogany tinges. Nose: fine and fruity, delicate on plum, mirabelle plum scents with a light woodiness, some floral notes. Palate: supple first taste, beautiful development on a wonderful balance; delicate and complex flavours. Very good length. Gourmet pairings: cheese and dried fruit. Comments: a beautiful brandy.
