Nose: complex and rich ; violet, periwinkle, mild spices, pink pepper, cardamom, thyme, garigue, wild blackberry. Palate: fresh first taste, generous, ample palate, melted tannins. Mentholated side and eucalyptus berry, violet. Fresh finish. Nice maturity. Match with food: lamb cooked 7 hours with truffled potato purée; red mullets with red wine reduction. Comments: elegant, ready to drink.
