Visual aspect: straw colour with golden tinges. Limpid and brilliant. Nose: beautiful intensity, on floral and white-fleshed notes (peach), nice elegance, full of fineness. A hint of minerality (flint). Palate: nice pure at first taste, with a beautiful acidity. Nice balance on freshness with the same aromas as the nose. Match with food: fillet of coalfish and artichoke « à la barigoule »; pan-fried scallops with citrus peel. Comments: very nice, silky and elegant wine, nice balance.
