Palate: complex and delicious first taste, silky tannins. Thyme, mint, peony, blackcurrant, wild blackberry, violet. Very harmonious, with a big potential. Nice length. Match with food: clam salmi, purée of forgotten vegetables. Comments: a grand wine.
