Palate: nice at first taste, well-balanced palate, melted tannins, finesse. Again the spices, black fruits, pepper and cocoa of the nose. Toasting aromas, mocha. Match with food: game birds; venison with Grand Veneur sauce. Comments: fine and elegant wine, with complexity and strong aromas.
