Visual aspect: very deep black cherry, peony tinges. Nose: intense, complexity, smoked and empyreumatic notes. Black fruits coulis, cinnamon and clove which underline everything. Palate: ample, fleshed, round, full, velvety. Nice structure with quite green tannins on the finish. On the black cherry stone. Match with food: Butifarra sausage; Provence stew. Comments: a pleasant wine we appreciate to drink.
