Visual aspect: amber. Nose: vivid, unctuous, complex. First, notes of prunes, apricot then aromas of woodiness and cocoa in the finish. Palate: fresh and savoury first taste. Softness of fruit, vanilla, sustained by a pure finish, spicy and woody. Gourmet pairings: poultry. Comments: excellent.
