Visual aspect: pale pink hue, salmon-pink tinge, fine and discreet bubbles, quite persistent ring. Nose: very marked by the Pinot, rich, full of finesse and charm. Palate: beautiful first taste with aromas of fruits, cherry, strawberry. Linear mid-palate with a wonderful finish. Match with food: batter pudding with cherries. Comments: a rosé Champagne that provides much pleasure.
