Visual aspect: golden yellow colour, wonderful fine bubbles, lovely ring. Nose: explosive, very ample, with scents of toasted and buttered bread. Palate: the nose is confirmed. Very good wine. Ample, well-balanced and long-lasting material. Slightly vanilla-scented and toasty. Match with food: foie gras; vanilla-flavoured turbot and scallop. Comments: a great pleasurable wine!
