Visual aspect: pale yellow colour, silvery tinges, thin ring, present and persistent bubbles. Nose: fine, lovely, delicious; almond, fresh pistachio. Palate: a marked effervescence, an astonishing depth and acidity, a lot of charm. Long-lasting and good aftertaste. Match with food: aperitif. Comments: among the Champagnes we would like to taste more often.
