Palate: good balance between acidity and smoothness, exotic fruits, pineapple, mandarin peel, quince, nice length. Match with food: duck foie gras sautéed with apple and quince compote; quail's terrine with foie gras. Comments: really beautiful well-balanced wine. Expresses well the 2010 vintage.
