Visual aspect: clear yellow. Nose: discreet, demands aeration. Palate: vivid at first taste, ripe harvest, on a beautiful acid support. Very nice length. Match with food: grilled sea bass, little potatoes; caviar of Aquitaine. Comments: a tense, mineral wine, with an impressive length.
