Visual aspect: brilliant, limpid, pale yellow, crystal-clear tinges. Nose: nice and floral. Minerality and a hint of citrus after swirling. Palate: supple at first taste, elegant palate, aromatic notes which reminds the nose. Complex, well-balanced, spicy (cardamom, pepper). Very nice, fine and long-lasting aftertaste. Match with food: sole meunière, little potato espuma; crayfish casserole; medallion of lobster. Comments: superb alliance of the two grape varieties. A quaffing wine for pleasure.
