Visual aspect: pale yellow with gold tinges, limpid and brilliant. Nose: with notes of angelica, apricot, mushroom. Palate: round and rich at first taste with a nice material and a pleasant balance, medium length. Candied mirabelle plum and caramel in the aftertaste. Match with food: full-flavoured dishes; herring tartar seasoned with Alsatian wasabi. Comments: enjoy now its current balance.
