Visual aspect: clear yellow colour, green shades, limpid and brilliant hue. Nose: discreet with a hint of lemon and lime. Palate: round first taste, supple and soft palate. Develops towards a lovely acidity and a hint of bitterness. Match with food: poultry in creamy sauce ; bouchee a la reine. Comments: a wine that shows reserve now but that has a great potential.
