Visual aspect: an elegant, beautiful yellow colour; the cordon is distinct. The bubbles are fine and consistent.
Nose: grilled, honey hints after swirling. It is expressive and warm, with very ripe, strong fruitiness: aromas of pear and quince; marvellous complexity.
Palate: round, too much dosage perhaps, but good acidity.
Match with food: crayfish with lemon.
Ageing potential: can be aged
Comment: well-made, but perhaps too much dosage. A very enjoyable champagne.
