Visual aspect: old yet, pearly. Nose: honey, thousand-flowers, locust tree, beeswax, citrus fruits, citron. Palate: supple first taste, few of sucrosité, ample and soft. The acidity at the end of palate blows up fruits. Match with food: mille-feuilles cream chibouste; sherbet in citrus fruits. Comments: great and beautiful bottle of guard. A beautiful presence this day but with a beautiful potential. Very big one syrupy!
