Visual aspect: ruby-red hue, orangy tinges. Nose: Burlat cherry. Palate: moreish, fine, elegant palate; tight tannins. Beautiful aftertaste. Match with food: fillet of duck with blackcurrants. Comments: would deserve to be aerated before service.
