With cinnamon, spices, black and red fruits (blackberry, wild strawberry and blackcurrant), old rose, peony, violet and undergrowth. Palate: pure, fresh, broad, fleshy. Strong aromas of spices, undergrowth, blackcurrant. Beautiful finesse, well-balanced, distinguished, harmonious. Very elegant, bravo! Match with food: rump of veal with chanterelles; spiny lobster deglazed in ginger liqueur with clementine peel. Comments: one of the most beautiful noses of the table! Impressive!
