Visual aspect: amber colour, old gold. Nose: aromatic, of excellent quality. Crystallized fruits (lemon, mandarin, ginger), spicy, fir tree resin, honey, very balsamic. Palate: generous first taste, sweet, then the crystallized fruit come swifty. Persistent aromas, intense flavours which introduce a warm finish, marked by the spicy side of white pepper. Match with food: oriental pastries. Comments: a product of with an open and blooming character.
