Visual aspect: nice amber colour, mahogany old gold tinges. Nose: intense, warm, spicy, grilled, slightly roasted, toffee, dried flowers. Palate: unctuous at first taste, with a lovely fruitiness. Warm and round, a caressing softness before the fire of the alcohol takes over to accompany the aftertaste. Match with food: flammekueche with Munster. Comments: an original, gastronomic and beautiful whisky.
