Visual aspect: garnet-red colour. Nose: light, developed nose, scents of cooked strawberries. Palate: pleasant at first taste, very present and silky tannins. Match with food: grilled meat; pork fillet. Comments: a wine at its peak. A perfectly mastered 2000 vintage. One of our favourites!
