Visual aspect: quite intense garnet-red, limpid and fluid. Purplish tinges. Nose: pleasant, with a beautiful intensity. Slightly kirschy, raspberry brandy. Palate: generous, full, warm. Match with food: roasted rack of lamb in thyme crust. Comments: still a little closed, due to its youth. To await for more pleasure.
