Visual aspect: ruby-red colour with slightly orangy tinges, brilliant. Nose: subtle, spicy, green pepper, liquorice, wild strawberry. Superb developed notes. Palate: superb structure, linear, willowy. The mid-palate shows a beautiful intensty which introduces superb tannins. Sublime finish. Match with food: a meat with sauce. Comments: sublime!
