Visual aspect: very intense red colour with purplish tinges. Nose: scents of broad beans, roasted cocoa. Quite crisp with a lovely fruitiness. Palate: round first taste. Very silky tannins which provide the wine with a good structure. Match with food: stewed beef neck and boiled potatoes with butter. Comments: a rich wine that generously offers us a beautiful balance between the fruit and very wellcrafted tannins.
