Visual aspect: beautiful brilliant colour, crimson, intense. Nose: discreet, with a hint of eucalyptus, thyme, juniper, notes of spices. Palate: fresh at first taste, quite broad, generous. Fine present tannins. Match with food: home-made black sausage, celeriac purée. Comments: a very nice wine which can already be enjoyed.
