Visual aspect: ruby-red colour, copper tinges, some tears. Nose: animal first nose, undergrowth. Second nose has scents of tobacco, very intense and expressive, prune. Palate: suppleness and sweetness swiftly relieved by the powerfulness and the structure. Firm and present tannins, spices, tobacco. Match with food: bull stew. Comments: beautiful presence of the softness and powerfulness. Decanting may be useful.
