Visual aspect: beautiful intensity, clean, limpid. Fine and long tears. Nose: after swirling some notes of black fruits (blackcurrant), spices (pepper), vegetable. Palate: supple first taste, nice balance. The tannins are fine. Good aromatic persistency. Match with food: rib-eye steak with pan-fried mushrooms. Comments: to decant. Nice personality, beautiful typicity of the Cahors.
