Visual aspect: deep, black, opaque. Nose: more marked élevage at first nose. Black fruits, almost graphite (pencil point). More intense second nose. Palate: round and supple first taste, nice volume in the mid-palate, coated. Finish still marked by the élevage and the youth. Match with food: grilled duck; roasted poultry with cranberries sauce. Comments: a nice wine in the making.
