Visual aspect: black cherry, very deep. Some notes of development. Nose: medium intensity, beautiful complexity, scents of black fruit notes, underlined by a nice woodiness. Palate: a beautiful first taste, unctuous, marked by notes of jammy fruits. Present and delicate tannins. A good concentration coated by the élevage. Very long finish. Match with food: marinated beef chuck, cooked at low temperature. Comments: to decant drunk young but a great ageing potential.
