Visual aspect: very pale yellow colour, fast and regular bubble which ends in a beautiful bead. Nose: floral and discreet. Small reduction, yeasty, toasted, grilled. Palate: fine, powerful, fresh. The finish is very beautiful. Match with food: aperitif. Comments: a very nice wine.
